Prices
refer to the number of people which can be accommodated
in every flat children included. |

On booking, a third of the rent must
be paid in advance. The down payment won't be refunded
in any case. |

Before entering the flat, clients
must produce their identity papers, pay the rent and any
other additional fee. Cash payment only. |
4 |
Our Direction must always be informed
of any delayed arrival by means of telephone calls or
telegram. lf the flat is not entered within the day following
to the due date of arrival without previous notice, it
will be considered as a renunciation of the booking. |

In case of in advance departure or
delayed arrival, no reduction of the rental can be claimed. |
6 |
Keys must be collected on the arrival
and returned to our Direction when the lease expires. |
7 |
Flats can be entered from 5.00 p.m.
to 8.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated
within 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. |

Any lease is valid only for the number
of people recorded on the receipt (children included).
Domestic animals are accepted in flats with garden (only
dogs whit small size, vaccinated and low noise), exclusively
by agreements and communication by the booking. The cost
is Euro 6,00 at days. |

Any additional bed not mentioned on
the contract must be previously agreed upon with the Direction. |

A down payment of € 100,00 (€
50,00 per person for young groups) is required as a guaranty
in case of damage or breaking during the stay. It will
be refunded before leaving, after the final check performed
by the personnel of the Direction to test the good condition
of the flat. |
11 |
Clients must comply with the running
regulations of the building; silence must always be kept
from 01:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 08:00
a.m.. In case of serious breach of the regulations, the
Direction reserves the right to keep the guests off the
flat. |
12 |
The Direction cannot be held responsible
for any loss of personal belongings, valuable or money
kept inside the flat. |
13 |
In case of unexpected occurrence, the Direction reserves
the right to replace a flat with another. |
